TMD&AI is a 100% black women-owned legal practice established on 5 June 2023 specialising in the provision of legal services.
Located in Mooinooi, between Rustenburg and Brits, in the North West Province. Located in a mining area, TMD&AI has become a gate of legal solutions to daily legal problems faced by the community and its surrounding mines.
TMD&AI aims to provide excellent legal services which are accessible and is committed ensuring affordable legal services including a memorable experience to its clients in their journey to justice and just legal course.

001 Gate of Legal Solutions
To become a gate of legal solutions to daily legal problems. Law is an every day question and we aim to provide an everyday answer. The essence of the Firm is in the form of a legal community house that offers legal aid.
002 Bridging the Gap of Proximity
To bridge the gap of proximity, of firstly, legalese, as the Firm is placed in a mining area and secondly, of ease of access to legal assistance, to be the transport for those in need of justice.
003 Partnerships with the Mines and Related Institutions
To create and build partnerships with the mines in the interest of its work and workers, including to fulfil enterprise development and socio-economic objectives.
DIRECTOR
Ms Tryphinah Dlamini, the director of TMD&AI was admitted as an attorney in May 2018, she is a versatile attorney who has since gained knowledge and experience in various fields of law. The law can and should work for itself and those it is designed for.
